Our Founder

Ms Viviana’s journey in literacy education was shaped by her experience as an early childhood educator and preschool centre principal, where she recognised the opportunity to strengthen children’s foundations in phonics and literacy.

She witnessed firsthand how a more structured phonics approach could better support reading and comprehension, inspiring her to make a meaningful difference.

With years of experience in teaching and managing early childhood curricula, Ms Viviana founded The Phonics Academy to provide phonics classes that are structured, engaging, and personalised. Guided by a love for literacy and genuine care for children, she empowers young learners to become confident, curious, and capable readers, building skills that will last a lifetime.
