Question: My child is 2.5 years old. Is my child too young to join the phonics classes?
Answer: No, we offer toddler-friendly beginner classes with hands-on, play-based learning. We highly recommend early exposure to literacy in a fun and engaging environment.


Question: What is the teacher-to-child ratio?
Answer: Beginner classes: Maximum of 2 children per group,
Intermediate to Advanced classes: Maximum of 3 children per group


Question: My child is currently undergoing toilet training. Will the teacher assist my child in the toilet?
Answer: Yes, the teacher will assist your child when needed. However, we recommend that your child wears training pants or diapers in case of any accidents.


Question: How will I know what my child has been learning in class?
Answer: We will provide updates via WhatsApp, including photos or videos of your child’s learning, along with a short summary of what was covered during the lesson.


Question: What is the payment policy?
Answer: All fees are to be paid by the 7th of each month.


Question: Are there any registration fees?
Answer: No, there are no registration fees.


Question: Is a deposit required?
Answer: No, deposits are not required.


Question: If my child misses a class due to illness or a holiday, can he/she attend a make-up class?
Answer: Yes, make-up classes can be arranged, provided they are scheduled within 2 months of the missed class.


Question: What is the withdrawal policy?
Answer: One month’s notice is required for withdrawal. For example, if your child’s last class is on 31 May, please inform the centre by 30 April.

Question: I am unsure whether my child will be able to focus in a group class.
Answer: We recommend arranging a trial and assessment so that we can better understand your child’s learning needs and recommend a suitable class.

Question: What happens during the trial and assessment?
Answer: During the trial and assessment, your child will participate in a short storytelling session where the teacher will ask questions to assess reading comprehension skills. This will be followed by a short letter-sound recognition activity, handwriting assessment, and an observation of your child’s learning pace. At the end of the session, the teacher will provide feedback and recommendations on the most suitable class for your child.

Question: Does my child need to bring anything to class?
Answer: Upon enrolment, we will provide an exercise book and a file containing activity sheets. Please ensure that your child brings them to every class.
